Apr 11,2025Everything about this brace is great, with the exception that at certain points where stitching comes together, there is rubbing and/pricking. I purchased the anaconda knee brace for comparison and there is no itch/pricking of the stitching. Otherwise, it seems to do a good job from keeping my knee from twisting.

After carefully measuring per the instructions on your website, the brace I got was too tight. so I contacted the company and they agreed to send me a size up, but I had to wait after shipping them the original brace to get a new one which meant I had to live with pain while waiting for them to ship me the new brace. I don’t know why they couldn’t ship me a brace while I shipped the other brace to them? Also, they chose to use the post office who in return told me they had delivered my brace seven days later, but actually hadn’t delivered my brace and I had to file a missing report. So, it took even longer for me to get the brace that I truly needed. If it hadn’t been for my doctors urging me to purchase a brace from this website, I would’ve just purchased one from the local drugstore. Also, I contacted the company about not receiving the brace from the post office and didn't get a reply. No surprise.

Apr 08,2025The brace reduces the pain in my thumb joint substantially. It fits perfectly, but I find the hard plastic is uncomfortable for long stretches of time. It hurt my hand so I ended up using some soft cotton fabric over the edge that touches my skin. This helped a lot.
