They sent me the wrong toy. I emailed them and phoned them but go no response. Their phone line didn't work when I tried from a landline and a mobile. Very poor customer service.

Easy to navigate website made ordering easy. The parcel arrived when they said it would and it was well packaged. The jigsaw looks beautiful but I have yet to give it to my granddaughter. Let’s hope she likes it as much as I do!
