Aug 12,2023I am happy with my experience. Bought two boxed toys, which were as described. The postage was with Royal Mail. The service operator, although first informed that the delivery would take 5 days, delivered the toys in 3 days as agreed. The toys were in a cardboard box and safe and sound. Thanks to the Brightminds. A lovely option I will rather to other bid marketplaces.

Aug 01,2023I recently ordered a gift for a friend's little boy and had the usual Royal Mail tracking number issued, but six days in and the tracking still wasn't registering so I rang BrightMinds and they were so helpful in sending out a new parcel and trusting that I would return my original order upon receipt, if it ever did turn up. I would certainly recommend BrightMinds, a great and secure site to order from.

Aug 01,2023I ordered four items for my son’s birthday, and paid for next day delivery. The delivery date came and went, but no delivery arrived. I was then told they would be delivered the following week and I would be reimbursed for the next day delivery charge. No deliveries all week. I complained again and was told my order had been overlooked in a warehouse change and they’d be dispatched asap. A few days later, only half my items arrived. Since then it’s taken a while to get any response at all. Almost a month later and I’m still waiting for half of my products and my refund. And my 5 year old is still waiting for his birthday presents.

Jul 31,2023The website is good and so much! I purchased a learning clock for my 7 yr old, which she loves. The clock is perfect if learning to tell the time and it’s also handy as it has an alarm, which I couldn’t figure out how to do 😂🤦🏻♀️, so passed it on to my husband and he worked it out within a second!. Now my son wants one who is 4 (Christmas if they still have it by then). As for delivery all went smoothly (happy days).

When I wanted to return the unwanted item I had to pay the postage, but when after some time I enquired about why I hadn't yet received a refund I was offered an apology and the matter was dealt with extremely quickly.

Jul 27,2023The grandchildren really enjoy it. The voice sometimes is not clear,and seems to do odd numbers. But that, May be due to the children stepping too quickly . It is very fast and could do with slower automated down the maths questions.

Jul 27,2023Fabulous customer service! I placed my order then realised I hadn’t given the correct delivery address. Immediately called them and the lovely lady on the other end of the phone found my order, rectified the delivery address and added a wee message to the gift. To top it all my gift was well received by the mother of the 2 year old recipient, as she said he solo played with it for ages and gave her a chance to drink a hot cup of tea!

He loves it. As do I! It was well priced and I have never seen such a thing before. Very pleased with my purchase and with BrightMinds. Would recommend this company.
