Everything was delivered as expected and well packaged. I would definitely visit the website again when looking for inspiration for gifts for other children.

Jun 11,2023It’s an unusual type of gift being partly scientific whilst also fun. Seemed well made ( it’s a gift for my grandson so …time will tell !!) My only problem was that a parcel ,amongst those being delivered, had leaked some sort of liquid onto other parcels in the delivery van. My parcel was affected and we had to dry it out. I could have gone through a complaint procedure but it was long winded and I didn’t want to have to reorder. It also required me to do all the work ( I did take the parcel to the delivery depot) I’ve never experienced any problem with Amazon delivery nor Evri. This was the Post Office… makes you wonder!! Also I paid delivery charges and have to say I do feel it was shoddy. Not your company’s concern I expect but wanted it noted.
