The product was of very good quality and reasonably priced and I received the item within a couple of days of ordering. The recipient was very happy with his gift. Will definitely shop with Bright Minds again.

May 06,2023The gift for my 3year old relative living overseas arrived as per scheduled. Bright minds gave good communication with regards to this. The gift was as described and he loved it. Only disappointment was, u got to write a note with it (so he knew who it was from) but it wasn’t included.

May 05,2023I was disappointed that my order of a knitting kit was delivered to me rather than the recipient. I had filled in my great niece’s address in Hertfordshire for delivery. When it got delivered to Bath on the 27th April, I had to take it down to the post office and pay another £4.19 to get it redirected first class. I telephoned your company on the 27th April to complain and they said someone would be in touch from their accounts section in a couple of days but I’ve heard nothing. I think Bright Minds should at least refund the postage.

I contacted Brightminds about this and they were helpful in rectifying the issue and the people I spoke to in customer service were very helpful and a pleasure to speak to. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.

May 08,2023Had good experiences with Brightminds before but my last transaction was very unsatisfactory. I paid extra for delivery in 2 days but it arrived 6 days after being ordered. Even allowing for a weekend, it shouldn’t have taken that long. No response when I complained and requested refund of £6.99 postage! Hugely disappointing.
