Feb 04,2025We had unexpectedly run out of oil due to an issue with our oil monitor. I called Broadland Fuels at 8am as soon as they opened and they were at our house delivering oil within the hour! Excellent service and nothing is ever too much trouble. We have been customers for many many years and this is exactly why. Thank you to all the staff…you do a great job!

Feb 03,2025No confirmation email after the order. Had to phone several times and still no result. Delivered later than the date they gave me. Had to ask for refund on the quantity not delivered. Not yet received. Disappointed.

Dec 27,2024The driver refused to deliver oil due to a crack in my tank. I am not chastising him as I am aware he has rules but it was just before Christmas therefore, I had no oil. Secondly, I've been chasing reimbursement of the money I paid for the oil and yet to see a penny. You are very quick in taking it but not paying back.

He came up to the house to explain he would drive over two trees & the box hedging we had a look at the angle & aborted the delivery, great communication, full refund received
