Jan 01,2025I bought 6 jade bangles to date. They all arrived intact because they are well packaged. The sizes were correct except for my last purchase - the cyan jade bangle. This is my favorite. The colour was great. However, it was too small. I informed customer service without expecting that they would do anything about it. But low and behold they came back with an offer - they would replace it for free. Now that is what I call great service.

The stones were gorgeous and authentic. The sweater fit nicely, is very soft, and the colors are very pretty. My order got to me quickly for being out of the country. 5/5 star experience!!
