First of all, the collarless shirt that I ordered for my partner is absolutely beautiful (#BS343359). It is sewn with exceptional care and made from a beautiful fabric, cotton and linen. The only trouble, not understanding the sizing, it was too sizes too small and we wanted to exchange for the larger size. This began the most extraordinary exchange with customer services that I have ever experienced. I can hardly begin to describe the responsiveness, the respect, the generousity and patience offered. In this world of separation and sorrow, what the folks at Buddhastoneshop have shown can be an example not only for customer services, but for life with our neighbors, our communities and "All our Relations" world-wide. I offer deep gratitude and invite everyone to look at and enjoy the wonderful products offered at this shop and the spirit that surrounds all of it.

But, to my great regret, I made a mistake with the size, and the beautiful bracelet turned out to be small for me. I was very upset. Unexpectedly, I received a letter from customer support asking me to measure my palm again correctly to choose the right bracelet size. I was very surprised by such friendly and unusual communication, but I did it. Then I realized that Buddhastoneshop employs extraordinary people with a big heart and attention to customers.
