Jan 16,2025Everything arrived in excellent condition, and looks of a proper quality, sadly I had some issues with the sizing of one bangle; the customer service is amazing they will help me with all the information necessary for the proper metrics, thankfully I found another piece and they provided a solution for my issue, hopefully the new piece will be the correct measurement. Will update when arrived and after some wearing!!

Jan 16,2025Ich hatte das Armband Grüner Achat bestellt. Leider war das meinem Mann zu klein. Ich wendete mich an den Kundenservice und die haben mir einen tolles Angebot gemacht. Der Service ist wirklich zu 100% gut. Das Armband ist schön. Ich habe das mit dem rosa Kristall. Ich kann das Armband wärmstens empfehlen an alle die so etwas mögen. Gern wieder.

Me puse en contacto con la empresa y me dijeron que me lo habían enviado, después me puse en contacto con la empresa de transporte y me han indicado que Buddha shop no les ha entregado el pedido Sigo a la espera ...no me parecen formales

Jan 13,2025Vorsicht ⚠️ 🚨 Sehr enttäuscht, hab die selbe Kette bei einem anderen Anbieter für 1/3 des Preises gefunden. ( 20€ Preisunterschied) Den Kontakt zu Buddhastone aufzunehmen, ist so gut wie unmöglich. Meine emails an den Anbieter werden nicht zugestellt! Die angebene Emailadresse auf der Internetseite funktioniert nicht! Jetzt hab ich noch rausgefunden, das man den Versand selber tragen muss und der geht nach China!!!!! Kann diesen Shop keinesfalls weiterempfehlen!!!! Update: nach etlichen Versuchen habe ich den Händler erreicht! Die Ware kam beschädigt an, eine Rücksendung konnte ich nicht in Anspruch nehmen, da ich keine Retour Adresse erhalten habe! Nach einigen Email war die Emailadresse plötzlich nicht mehr verfügbar, worauf ich bei Paypal Klage einlegte! Darauf antwortete buddhastone und bot mir 50% des Kaufpreises zu erstatten, jedoch nur unter der Bedingung, das ich diese Bewertung lösche! Dies lehnte ich ab und ich hab nie mehr eine Antwort oder mein Geld erhalten! Hat nichts mit Buddha Love zu tun, sind einfach Betrüger!!!!

Jan 13,2025I bought two linen shirts for my sons. They both loved the good quality shirts but unfortunately they were both too small (running two sizes smaller and I did not see that information). I was impressed that the Buddha Stone Shop kindly responded very promptly and offered to send a larger size (two sizes larger) If I paid the shipping cost of £15 each. I think this is fair and my boys will be very pleased to have new shirts.
