Nov 26,2024No order, after making an order for 3 bracelets and multiple attempts at contacting this company, there’s still no order!!! Was told an attempt to deliver was made which is completely untrue I have a ring doorbell and no one has attempted any delivery, so currently still waiting for an exspensive order to appear, this is a fraudulent company DO NOT order from them, trying to get a refund is absolutely impossible, AVOID

Nov 25,2024I ordered atleast 15 to 20 bracelets and japa malas altogether along with my friend family. All were looking either exactly advertised on website or way more beautiful. Only one bracelet was tight and Customer service was very prompt in reply and addressing the issue. Actually its me who could not reply back on time as we were on vacation. I was very happy with purchase and interactions with customer service

Nov 23,2024My order took a very long time to arrive. When it did I would say that the harem pants were, at best, over priced. The sizing was totally off. I ordered an XL which is meant to be 12/14 UK size. It’s a size 10. It also doesn’t feel great quality for the price I paid of £36.99. I won’t be ordering anything from here again. I contacted them to ask how I go about getting a refund. They are keen to encourage me to exchange rather than refund, which I have politely declined. I’ve visited the webpage to see how you get a refund and you can only get a shipping address by emailing them and they are currently not providing this!

Nov 22,2024I just received the white sakura harem pants and a lotus capri yoga pants. Both are really pretty, just like their photos. The harem pants are XS, still a little big at the waist, but its elastic so I could still wear it low waisted, and it looks nice. The yoga pants is buttery soft and I just love the print. And the best thing is I could choose between a capri and the standard length. The capri length fits me perfectly as I'm short. I chose an M because the size chart indicated that I am an M, even though I normally wear an S or XS. I think an S would have been a better fit than an M for me. Overall, I'm very happy with both the products. Thank you.
