Nov 20,2024Tashi has been helping me with the replacement of my husband's pants that were too small. So far her offer is agreeable and I shall wait for the arrival of 2 pants. I hope they will fit ok as my husband really like the design of their Yoga pants. As for the quality, they are well made.

Nov 17,2024I am waiting for order replacement, 4 stars for merchandise if received. Will review again if necessary or merchandise is not received as promised. I have submitted Order# as requested, the customer service rep is Tashi. I have emailed several times with this info. The company has not communicated any further regarding my order. And have not honored their offer to exchange for a larger size. Therefore, I can’t recommend this site until they resolve this matter. Buyer Beware. I will update if there are any changes. Purchased 11-3, Contacted the company upon receipt since 11/13- but as of 11/17 nothing has happened. Beautiful selection of apparel. I do have to exchange a product for a a different size and the solution offered was agreeable but I have not received any information how to do this. Still waiting and yes I would order again once this matter is resolved.

I ordered a braclet they messaged me and said it had arrived.i checked the mail box it was not their.i messaged them.toblet them know it had not arrived asked if I could have a refund, they messaged me back and told me that I needed to get a letter from the post office saying they did not delivered it.. ridiculous. I will never order anything else from them as much as I like their jewlery. They don't even support the stone that they are selling...

And I love the positive mindfulness each product has to offer. My orders were processed and shipped quickly. I am obsessed with their coats, palazzo pants and their Buddha Jade stone necklace. They are lovely. And overall the products are of very good quality. Very happy with my purchases. 10/10 stars from me.

Nov 08,2024We have measured the bracelet and it is not the size I ordered. Nor is it the correct colour - blue, as advertised. NOR IS IT WORTH £70 MORE LIKE 99p FROM A SEASIDE TOWN. I REPEAT - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I will not pay more money to return it when I am not certain you will even refund me. I will just end up more out of pocket. PLEASE ISSUE ME A REFUND ASAP * I have sent you pictures of the bracelet, as requested. I have asked for a full refund as I paid a lot of money - in good faith - to give this as a very special present to my brother and it is nothing like you have described. Now I don’t have the money to replace it with anything else and DO NOT want to pay MORE to return it to you. The bracelet was supposed to stand for Boddhisattva values but instead, I am truly let down and upset. * UKBS12287 ORDER NUMBER The bracelet is absolutely of the poorest quality, as is the packaging it has arrived in. I am gutted. It looks like something you would buy from a seaside town for 99p, not nearly £70. Wrong size, wrong colour and complete mis-marketing and promise of quality of product.

Nov 20,2024Habe Armbänder in der falschen Größe bestellt und wurde Super beraten. Die Rücksendung ist zwar nicht komplett kostenlos aber das ist definitiv fair da man die Ware von Hong Kong bestellt. Die Produkte haben auch eine gute Qualität.
