Aug 28,2024I ordered a bracelet from this shop. There were no size options available. When these kinds of items are only one size they are usually middle of the road sized which I can usually fit. It arrived and is ridiculously small. The entire bracelet is about 5" long. It would only fit a child or a very, very petite adult. Ok, so I contact customer service via email. The response is obviously from a foreign country. It informs ,me that the bracelet only fits 15-18cm wrists (which is still dubious considering how small it is, but I already know it's too small) but that they can send me a new one for just the shipping fee of $6.00 AND A 5 STAR REVIEW ON TRUSTPILOT. I don't see why my exchange should be conditioned on a good review for a product that I do not have yet. AND had there been size options on the website, I would have ordered a larger one. I do not recommend using this company. They are based in China and there is not telephone number to speak with an actual person.

Aug 27,2024I have purchased multiple pieces from this site. Each piece is impeccable, made with such care and precision. I had 2 issues with 2 pieces, however, the customer service was excellent and the issues were resolved with attention and care. I will continue to purchase from this site, as I trust the workmanship and quality of the pieces. Additionally, their price point is fair in my mind.

Aug 25,2024it’s VERY cheap for what it’s worth i paid 53 dollars for a bracelet and earrings and the 34 dollar earrings don’t even fit in my ear because the part you insert in your ear keeps bending every time i try and put it in but they are cute

Aug 22,2024I ordered a strand of mala beads for myself along with two leather bracelets for my son. While the shipping did take a bit longer, it was worth the wait. The mala beads were beautiful and the leather bracelets are well-made with sturdy magnetic clasp. Every item came individually boxed with their own dust bag. Really couldn't be happier with my purchases.

Aug 21,2024The order came in fast, tracking was available throughout the entire time so I knew exactly what was happening with my order. Order was well packaged, every single item has its own box and a drawstring bag for extra protection which I love! The pieces itself are beautiful! I was surprised by the great quality too! The bracelets are a little smaller so be careful if you have bigger wrists, but thankfully, they fit me perfect! Definitely recommend them! 💕💕
