Aug 13,2024I am very happy with my 2nd Buddha stone red string jade luck fortune knot a braided couple bracelet. The braided knot unexpectedly came apart just a few days after receiving it. I have to say that customer service was outstanding. They were very helpful, and friendly and took accountability and granted me another bracelet. Overall, satisfied with the service and material. I would order again and encourage others to do so.

I did have to request for an exchange as the size was 1mm too large, and their customer care was very responsive to my request. That embeds trust that an online purchase for such intimate purchases can be reliable. Can recommend to others.
