Jul 22,2024I had ordered three dragon bracelets for my baby as a newborn gift. They all arrived quite quickly however one of them had scratches over it so the gold was peeling off. I contacted the company to see if they can replace this and they were happy to send out a replacement. I received it very quickly. Unfortunately the dragon on the new bracelet is still scratched but I really appreciate the extent they went through to send a new bracelet out anyways. I'm very happy with the customer service and kindness. Overall the other two bracelets look great.

Jul 15,2024I just love the customer service and their product. I really appreciate you all for doing a replacement for me. I received my strawberry bracelet with the money bag and it broke as soon as I had a chance to wear it. 😢They were willing to send me a replacement or a different. Love these guys so much and I will continue to do business with y’all. By the way I did tell a cashier that work at a store here in my local area about yall website too. She said she love crystal bracelet. I actually have a few on my arms from years ago and she noticed them and said she like them. I told her if she want some nice looking bracelets to check yall website out! Thanks you all look forward to seeing my new bracelet 😁

Despite me having issues with delivery, communication services was quick and very helpful to getting everything sorted. Would strongly recommend this place and they do care about their customers!
