Jan 16,2025This is the worst company to insurance your car with they charge you for cancellation of a policy that hasn't even started an when you try to talk to someone about the issue they hang up on you. so you call back an speak to someone else to be told a full refund will be issued only for them not to cancel the policy an then they want to charge an admin fee

Jan 16,2025DO NOT take out insurance with this company. I was in-between jobs and a direct debit failed. I was asked to make payment by a specific date and was given a £20 penalty charge. Other companies just try the DD again which would have worked. I phoned up the "customer service" line and it was closed . I tried to pay online and they don't take online payments. My insurance was cancelled Christmas Wve and they have added another £80 on top. I had no car for holidays, I have no insurance and bill foe £131+. I am seeking advice. If you have no method to pay what could I do. READ your T&Cs

Jan 16,2025Go.Compare lead me to your quote as the lowest price, however, it also showed a tick against 'courtesy car'. This indicated to me that in the event of my car being off the road for an insurance claim, I would be provided with alternative transport. Further into the process, I was asked if I wanted a 'guaranteed' courtesy car for an extra £30 odd!.....this play with words smelt a little of sharp practice and weakened my confidence but I still bought your cover as the overall policy seemed good. Thank you.
