Absolutely horrific. The airline changed our seats and separated us from our 2 year old 72 hours before our flight. I sent all this information to Manuel Ruiz, who was my agent, and asked him to look at the issue urgently. He said he’ll get back to me by the end of the day. Never did. When I followed up 2 days later, now 24-hours from my flight he had clearly not read my first email and told me not to worry “we have plenty of time”. When I asked why no one is helping he said his booking team is being very slow and they’re to blame. When I emailed the corporate office with complete details of what was going on, their response was to forward my complaint email to Manuel without offering any apologies or solutions and I never heard back from them again. I had to deal with multiple issues not just on my own, but also while dealing with horrific customer service. I would have been much better off booking my flight directly with the airline. The discount I received or like $100 was not worth this headache.

BUYER BEWARE: Below is one of the email exchanges I had with BCC on December 30, 2024. It reflects the "made a mistake" element of their luring you into buying a ticket. I worked with Melany and Lisa for a while to lock down my tickets so maybe they just happen to be careless with their typing. "Can you please respond to the fact that you provided this quote for more than a week and now you are saying it was a typo when I am trying to purchase the tickets? I have emailed the offer you provided to me. Trip summary San Francisco – Tokyo Oct 13, 2025, time 11h Japan Airlines 57 1:30 PM SFO Overnight flight Business 4:30 PM Tokyo (HND) Tue, Oct 14 (you will arrive the next day) Tokyo – San Francisco Oct 24, 2025, time 9h 15m Japan Airlines 58 Boeing 787-9 6:10 PM Tokyo (NRT) Business 11:25 AM San Francisco (SFO) I spent a lot of time emailing Melany regarding this itinerary and I don't understand how you can offer this quote, direct me to purchase it and then say it's a typo." When I asked about the Terms and Conditions, Melany said the only way I could verify the Terms and Conditions would be to enter our personal information before we could proceed to purchase the tickets. Then the Terms and Conditions would be outlined. I entered the names of the people travelling, declined their Trip insurance and was led to the Payment screen, at which time I entered my credit card number. Once I clicked the Purchase Ticket button I was told to contact my travel agent. It was at this time that the price and Class of Service changed--it was no longer Business Class, but Premium Economy. I wasted weeks of time looking for Consolidators. Had I been told upfront it was Premium Economy and not Business I would have not continued to waste my time. Finally, read the Terms and Conditions, particularly the section "Payment and Booking." They do not follow their own guidelines and you will be signing a legal document.
My experience was positive. Almost everything went according to plan. Wheel chair assistance was wonderful. I'd still be searching LAX without it. The section of my journey on Business class went well. Air New Zealand is not as luxurious as I remember Qantas, and personal space was less. However Air New Zealand did a much better job than us airlines do, nicer staff, good food.
First of all, I was quite nervous about trusting an online ad on Facebook….. But Sabina immediately built trust value and professional rapport. She is a true inspiration to this tainted industry. She was there for me every step of the way. I will ONLY use BUSINESS CLASS CONSOLIDATOR…. Her response times were almost INSTANT, and even when she wasn’t able to answer a call immediately, she would auto reply with a text to let me know she acknowledged the missed call and will return the call again shortly. Five star service from departure to arrival. She was even knowledgeable about the airport check in regulations and rules.

I thought I had a reservation on American Airlines only to get to the airport and find I was flying on British air. It made me confused.
My clients were initially denied boarding on both outbound and return. It was finally resolved, but it was very stressful.
Victoria Petrovska was amazing with getting us a good fare and then was there for the follow up. She answered all our queries promptly and took care of whatever was asked of her. We will definitely contact her for our future travel plans. She deserves a big THANKYOU🥰👍
Manuel provided us with several options and was able to customize our flights for a little better deal as well. Having a lie-down seat to Italy was the most important to us and Manuel was so easy to work with. He answered all my concerns and questions. Would 100% use BC Consolidators again!
This was a great experience and I will do it again. The team was very responsive and accomplished what I most definitely could not do on my own. I especially appreciated their efforts to find an airline in the Star Alliance network so I could get points. Highly recommend.

Professional and great follow-up
Two issues; first, we went with BCC at a slightly greater cost, because they offered an upgraded level of travel insurance for the basic cost. Once we booked, we were told the agent had made a mistake and the travel insurance upgrade was not available. Secondly, we flew Turkish Airlines through Istanbul on our way to Saigon. We missed our flight out of Istanbul (totally our fault with time zone issues). It turns out that missing the second leg of our journey, Turkish Airlines cancelled ALL of our future flights. After a great deal of stress, time and money, we were "rebooked". I subsequently sought information on the ability to change our ultimate return city. I was unable to reach anyone at Turkish Airlines and left several messages, and emails, to BCC. Given the time change, when I was actually able to reach our agent, I was informed that there was only one potential option and, in spite of receiving our earlier emails, I was told the "team" was just leaving for the day and couldn't assist until the next day. They had my email for a full work day and could have forwarded the information to me then. I'm still not sure who placed us in K class, but the end result was there were NO options for flexibility. I can't say it was their fault, but I don't feel like I was provided with reasonable customer support in the process.
I don't think I'll ever use BCC again. Pros: I saved a few hundred dollars on a RT flight to Asia. Cons: The booking process was cumbersome and drawn out. Once I was on the trip, the airlines wouldn't allow me to make changes or upgrade because I had gone through a travel agent. I had none of the flexibility I'm used to with direct booking. When I tried to get help from my agent at BCC I got dead air space for 3 days!. He was apparently out with a personal emergency and no one was covering his desk. I still haven't gotten my mileage credit on the flights. Overall, the cost savings was not worth all the hassles and limitations. Lesson: you get what you pay for.
