Nov 15,2024All in all , a great experience with excellent customer service and great prices. My only concern was lack of notification about flight time changes which I found on the airline website and had to go back and confirm with you before I could finish my check in. Would definitely use again!

They did change our seats (not together?) on ANA segment from Tokyo to San Francisco but we were able to modify at airport; the configuration was modified because of change of airplane… that happens when you purchase your tickets so much in advance… not BCC’s fault

Nov 14,2024They are a third party and had no flexibility with American Airlines. We had tickets from Asheville to Dallas on AA then Dallas to Tokyo to Singapore on Japan Airlines partner of AA. Well Asheville NC had an unprecedented Hurricane name Helena which destroyed the city and surrounding communities. No electricity, no potable water, no hotels open. We we’re evacuated from our home of Burnsville NC! It was a horrible disaster. With no home we came to Fl. We needed to change our Asheville to Dallas portion to leave and return to ECP to Dallas because of the disaster! One leg of our trip only!!! They could not make that happen. It was a two week Extremely stressful time waiting for this one leg to get changed. It was never resolved. When we arrived in Dallas on the return flight we had to pay for a flight home all on our on No help from Business Consolidators even though we paid for First Class tickets!! Where is our refund from that? We had to buy another ticket home which was economy class as no business seats available. And the stress of whether we could even get a flight to return to ECP. They acted like they were trying to help but simply could not achieve this simple change. I will say they did respond to emails and returned phone calls. But they could not resolve the issue unless we paid $4000 more! We were stunned!

Nov 14,2024We were nervous finding a company online, but from my first phone call with Victoria, until the flight a year later, she made me feel comfortable and found us the right flights for the 4 of us from Dallas & Chicago to Cairo Egypt. We had a layover in Istanbul and OMG! That Turkish lounge was amazing!! The time flew by! Next time we will stay in Istanbul longer and will use BCC again! What an amazing trip and comfortable flight!

Nov 14,2024We had a reasonably complex itinerary and Alec worked with us to refine a good itinerary. Only issue was at times we didn’t know which App/ airline we needed to checkin with to get boarding passes or deal with delayed flights. 2 airlines had different user / booking formats complicating the process!

Except for one carrier's unavoidable flight delay, everything has gone smoothly and without a flaw. What's best is that I was given concierge service, quick responses, and incredible patience throughout the booking process, and in the end, saved hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend this service to anyone who appreciates hassle-free travel bookings.
