Nov 05,2024I cannot say enough about Anastasia and her colleagues and all they do. I had a horrendous experience when an airline left me high and dry. I never would have gotten home if they hadn’t stepped in and stayed on the phone with Doha to get me booked on a plane and they helped me with my insurance claim. More recently they worked with me to book a trip to Morrocco and everything was exactly what I prefer.

Nov 02,2024Mixed feelings about the experience. Spent a large quantity of money to not have all seats assigned & to be told after paid that we would have to pay more to secure seats! Told the day after we paid that all sales were final non-refundable & non-changeable which was in total contradiction to what had been advised. We had been told that tickets would be refunded up to 80% in cash up to 48 hours of departure or 100% if take a credit. Told that there was 24 hours emergency number should something goes wrong, this is not the case. The tickets were cheaper, but not a lot cheaper. Be aware that BCC adds 25% fee onto the carriers fee. There is no information on the website about who the company is & how to contact them for customer service. For the multi-thousand dollar fee I would expect more. Fingers crossed that all goes well. UPDATE 1/15/25: After I posted this review a Manager from BCC did reach out. Their attitude at first was that it was all my fault. They asked why I hadn't reached out & I advised that the About page on their website is inactive. 3 months later it is still inactive, thus no way of really knowing who the company is, how to contact customer support, whether they are a fly by night company, etc. They did indicate that there are some 60 agents. I did indicate that they could go back to the emails & voice recordings. On getting back they were more conciliatory. They did work to rectify the issue which they did & to which I was thankful. The flights went off without a hitch. Still mixed feelings. I did increase the star rating from 2 to 3 because they did actively work to resolve, but only after I posted a review. Given the frustration & stress they caused I'm still of a mixed mind whether to use them again. I probably will give them a second chance. Fingers crossed no more stress.

Oct 30,2024I used BC Consolidator for the first time when traveling to Europe this fall. The prices were so high through all the airlines, we had some flexibility with our dates, so a friend recommended we call. Our agent, Ula, could not have been more accommodating and kind. She worked hard to get us the best rates with great date options. Our tickets were booked, our seats were chosen and all went great. I will definitely be using them again.

Oct 30,2024Long lay over in Hong Kong. Arrived home terribly jet lagged. Seats comfortable but not much room. Food not up to CP standards of old. Staff great and helpful. Will fly on a more direct route next time.id rate my experience as 6 out of 10

Oct 30,2024Marta was very helpful and got back to me quickly. The only suggestion would be recommend better seats. We were in business class and asked for two seat together which we got but due to plane configuration seats were angled away from each other and we couldn’t really talk at all. Also angle seats were not so comfortable unless you configured your body in direction that seats went. Not very comfortable. Would like rep to recommend better seats

Oct 23,2024Dan was great! I was unsure at first as it wasn’t a big company but Dan was reassuring, honest, smart and diligent. Really got a great price that was fair. I booked a round trip business class flight from San Francisco to Singapore to Tokyo and back. Complex but it worked!
