Mar 08,2024Consultant's engagement to sort out best options, etc., was very good and we obtained the desired result. Post-sale follow up was slow and somewhat frustrating as we were trying to decide whether to alter our return plans. The feedback delay hampered our ability to make a timely decision. That said, Julz did a good job overall. We would use this service again in the future.

He quickly gave me some options that we tweaked a third time and he ended up securing an incredible deal! The flight was perfect both ways and everything was in order from booking to checkin and insurance. Just perfect.

The overall experience of booking and travel was very easy and comfortable and there were no surprises. I highly recommend you work with them if you are looking for premium cabin at a reasonable price.
