Mar 24,2024This was my first time utilizing a consolidator for business class international travel. I had a very cheap mileage redemption to New Zealand, but it was in main cabin, when I tend to book a higher class of service for longer flights. The closer the date, the more I was apprehensive about 13 hours in main. On a whim, I inquired with Business Class Consolidators, knowing it was a little late with only 30-40 days to go. Business Class Consolidator exceeded my expectations and alleviated all concerns. My agent, Kayleigh May was professional, extremely responsive to my need to stay close to my original itinerary due to all of my prior bookings, my concerns, and just attentive to general questions related to my travels. I also had a family illness pop up in the middle of a booking, causing me to back out. However, Kayleigh stayed on it, and inquired after my family member's health. And somehow, even with the delay, the perfect itinerary that matched my needs opened up a few days prior to departure and I jumped on it. It was a bargain, and it's still a miracle that the perfect flight sequence opened up! The airlines used were reputable, there were absolutely no issues, no surprises on my credit card, everything went as scheduled, and I just had the best vacation. I've passed Kayleigh's name to my manager, given our mutual love of travel and a desire to be comfortable at a reasonable price. Thank you for making my vacation, Kaylee and BCC. I will be back once I decide on the next trip.

However, Business Class Consolidator exceeded my expectations. Mar 22,2024Since I have not travelled international in a while, when I went to Korea my Itinerary stated that I leave VA on Feb 10 and get to Korea on Feb 10, what I did not understand that +1 meant plus one day so I was really arriving in Korea on Feb 11. it would have been helpful if on my itinerary is just said I arrive in Korea on Feb 11. Also on my flight back to the US, on my itinerary my flight from NAIA in the Philippines did not list a terminal, as a result initially I ended up going to the wrong terminal. Sadly terminals in the Philippine international airport are not connect. I had to take another ride to the correct terminal. Aside from that I believe the flight package was great and I will use you all again for my next trip to the Philippines.

I have called several times and left messages and can't get a call back regarding the substantial amount of money paid. Is this money now lost? Can it be transferred to another family member? I can't get any answers!

Mar 26,2024The price for our business class tickets to New Zealand was well below regular retail. Sasha was very patient with us and kept looking unbtil we found an itinerary that worked. Cathay Pacific and Quatar Air were great airlines and it was a pleasure to fly these very long trips. We also worked with Sasha or a trip to Israel and she was wonderful in cancelling and getting us a refund when the war broke out. Sasha booked us on a trip to Italy (with a 4 year old) and she kept that in mind when selecting flights We will definitely keep Sasha on speed dial for the future,
