I feel very fortunate to have his assistance in searching and securing a favorable travel plan that fits with my schedule. He is definitely a valuable asset to your company... My additional feedback is that It would give a more simple and even better experience to your customers, once the reservation is confirmed, by allowing your customers to log into the respective airlines websites and do what customers booked through the airlines are able to do: 1) access an image of the ticket and print it out as desired 2) see the seating map and be able to change to seats which are still available 3) check-in and print out boarding pass online as desired 4) reserve their choices of meals in advance 5) see their iteneries in the same format

Jul 15,2023Sabina responded to my email request. She followed up with phone calls and e-mails. She would follow up with calls until we finally we able to visit in person. She obtained the necessary information and quickly assisted me with my flights. I changed the dates of travel and she followed up as soon as she came to work the following day. My flights are booked and all information provided. When I accidentally deleted an email I reached out to ask for it to be sent. I immediately received my request. She also texted and responded to my text messages. I would highly recommend
