Jul 03,2023Polina Malchevska Is an absolutely useless travel agent. I’ve used her services twice and on both occasions found problems We had a flight booked from Dallas to Honolulu (family of 4) and she books my daughters on a totally different connecting flight. When contacting her about this she simply shods us off and says we need to contact Alaska Airlines directly- it’s seems once she has been paid all responsible falls away! I highly recommend that you do not use her!

Jun 27,2023Simple transaction although the flights did change between quote and purchase. You need to be on your game dealing with all consolidators. My seats were never assisigned although they showed on the receipt but that was an easy fix for me as they gave the airline locator and ticket number. They are not a high pressure sales company unlike another Consolidator I have used. Overall great experience.

Jun 06,2023WOW! We are thankful we found Marta Amanda Bernier with Business class consolidator to help us find the best price for our Italy/Switzerland trip. We called the airlines directly for prices so we felt very comfortable going with her price points . No problems occurred during our trip but Ms Bernier made sure we had all numbers prior to our trip in case of any concerns .

Apr 25,2023The overall process of securing our flights was relatively painless, and prior to working with Sofia Trehub we simply did not consider flying Turkish Airlines. Doing so gave us the opportunity to visit Istanbul (a very nice option). But where the rubber meets the road is when there is an issue. Sofia successfully negotiated schedules to make an early-on change (thank you Sofia). And then when we really had an issue (stolen passport leading to denied boarding), she came thru again to negotiate changing flight dates, etc, AND was the helping hand we reached out to on a Sunday. It was a relief to have a travel pro negotiating with Turkish Airlines while I was scrambling to secure an emergency passport. In the end all turned out OK. Will I/we ever travel on Turkish Airlines ever again? Perhaps, but not likely. Will I/we ever use Sofia ever again? Yes, certainly.

I felt compelled to write this review to praise the excellent service I received consistently from Sabina Kendz and her associates . I have hired her several times fir trips at different parts of the world, including Asia, Europe, and South America. She consistently surpassed my expectations before and during our trips. She was even able to fix emergencies on the spot, contacting me wherever I was in the world, even before I was aware of the problem. I have used other similar companies before but they cannot compare to the service I received from businessclassconsolidator

Mar 01,2023These guys are cheats please do not use them for any of the service. Their lack of attention to details and poor customer service made my recent travel terrible experience. I booked a trip through this company and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The itinerary they provided was incorrect, which caused me to miss a connecting flight. I have to purchase a new ticket to fly back to US. When I tried to reach out to the agent for help, I was met with unhelpful and unapologetic attitude. They did not seem to care about my situation and were not willing to offer any working solution. Will never use their services again.

Not only did she find me a great great deal, but she was also helping me change returning tickets due to some personal matters that needed to be taken care of. Feb 02,2023We were recently (January 2023) travelling on a multi-city trip to New Zealand and Australia. Sofia Trehub helped us quickly and efficiently. She gave us multiple flight options from SFO to Auckland and from Sydney back to SFO. Once we selected the flights we wanted she was able to book business class flights for us at prices roughly equivalent to premium economy. When Sofia was unavailable for just a day or so, she made sure her colleague Sabina was available to assist us with professionalism and a smile. I will definitely use Sofia and Business Class Consolidator again. I urge you to do so also. Our flights went off without a hitch.
