Sep 10,2021I am at a loss for words for this company. We booked a first class ticket to Asia 6 months ago and the airlines cancelled this flight because of covid and cases increasing. We reached out to BCC and they would not refund us even though the airline refunded them. We were working with an airline that does not have many flight options and we did not know when we could go back and even use it as a refund. I do not recommend using this company if there is a 1% chance you would need to cancel.

Sep 08,2021I purchased 2 tickets from US to Europe when the US was added to the safe list. I specifically asked how much change/cancellation fee would be, and was quoted 50 Euro per ticket. Now that we have been removed from the safe list I called to advise I needed to cancel the flights. I was told it would be over $1000 more to cancel. They indicated these were other fees that were "hidden" in the price (she actually used that exact word!). So how is a person to know about these fees? I asked a question about fees and they responded (all via email). They should honor the number they quoted me. I would never have purchased in such uncertain times if I had known the cancellation fee would be so incredibly high. Beware Buyers.

Sep 06,2021In good faith I purchased 4 business class airline tickets and added their ticket protection. The airline cancelled the flight and I was informed I was not entitled to the return of the protection insurance and that the airline would keep $500.00 per ticket. Because the airline cancelled the flight I’m out over $3000. I shall never use a consolidator again.

Jul 21,2021Highly recommended! Ms Ann Bennett was very helpful, professional, and responsive to our needs. Despite the pandemic and flight cancellations, Ms Bennett was persistent in finding us a return flight upon our requested schedule. She eased our stress and assured us that it will be ok. She never left us until we arrived in our destination. She provided helpful information like available transit hotels in the airport, lounges etc. Our next flight to the US will surely be handled by her.

May 11,2021I have worked with Mary Brown for the last few years for travel in Europe she has been great in the past BUT last year I bought 7K in tickets to Scotland, Ireland and London now do to this pandemic there is mandatory quarantine for 14 days in both Ireland and London so we are forced to cancel the trip she is charging me $1,600.00 for cancelation fees that the airline them self’s are not charging them now I am being told they can’t change the refund for the taxes to a different credit card that no longer exists. This is absolutely absurd and a rip off. BEWARE of this before any of you think about using them.
