The service and support has been exemplary, the communications were responsive to our questions and the pricing superb.

Nov 17,2022Sabina was amazing! Never had a travel agent take such great care of our needs and was so responsive. She helped us with our trip to Turkey and Israel and saved us headaches and lots of money! I would definitely use her again on our next trip and have recommended her to friends.

Sabina was absolutely amazing helping us plan and book a complicated family trip to Italy and Greece this past summer, as there were 8 of us flying from different cities and countries at different times. Throughout the process, Sabina remained patient, attentive, and totally professional, despite the # of changes and revisions we had to make leading up to the trip. I would highly recommend Sabina to anyone!

I was very impressed with how much time she put in to working around our schedule to make sure we had the flight times desired. The accommodations on the flights for Business Class International travel where perfect and our experience was over the top. She has done lots of trips for us. Nov 12,2022Earlier this year, my husband and I, thinking to change our travel agent, came across BCC quite by accident on the internet and decided to give them a try. Sabina was the agent allocated to us and, oh, my goodness, I can’t say enough good things about her - she is totally amazing! She is kind, intelligent, extremely helpful and very informative and will go out of her way to make things happen, and quickly. We have never experienced such excellent, efficient service in all the years we have travelled! Our emails are answered almost immediately and we get the best flights, prices and seats, always!! We can’t say enough good things about Sabina and BCC. If you are an ardent traveler and want stress free travel organization, using the services of Sabina at BCC is a must! I guarantee you will be in good hands and will never be disappointed.

Saved a ton of money (probably at least 30% over what airline was charging directly). Email follow up was great. I would absolutely use this company in the future.

Her recommendations were very helpful. Since that trip I've recommended her to my friends and just recently used her to help book another set of flights. I will use her again in the future.

Nov 04,2022I have worked with Business Class Consolidator for over 5 years. I was recommended this company in 2018 by a friend. I cold-called them and was assigned Lisa Ray. Since using her, we have not planned a single long without her help. I am particularly impressed with her meticulous attention to details. She has taken the time to get to know my husband's and my preferences for seats, airports, aircrafts, meal plans, etc. and every booking experience has been flawlessly executed. She has given us her cell # and that of the company in case we run into any delays, etc. during our travel. Thankfully, we've not had a chance to use it! Here is a recent example of how fantastic Lisa has been. When she sent us options for one of our recent travels, we picked the one that seemed to suit us best. Lisa pointed out that the layover between our connecting flights was under 2 hours and that it was a risk in case flights got delayed during winter. She then found us a comparable option (in price), but with better connection times between flights. During the pandemic, when we had to reschedule our tickets multiple times, she was most helpful, letting us know of the airline rules for rescheduling and restrictions on travel dates, etc. If all agents at Business Class Consolidator are as good as Lisa, I would recommend them highly for your travel needs.

She is always ready to do deep research and source the best possible routings and deals, and has the patience of Job. When we were trapped in South Africa during Omicron, she was the only one who figured out a way to get out. She is a joy to work with, and ever ready to go the extra mile to optimize a trip. Huge kudos to Lisa and her shop!

Aug 06,2022OMG! We had our Japan trip cancelled by the cruise company after we had already booked flights with BCC. Now, trying to use the credit/refund on a trip in December has been a total nightmare! We could have booked business class tickets on multiple carriers ourselved and done better and saved several thousand dollars! I just learned that we don't get mileage credit with American Airlines for a $14,000 ticket. Save yourself the anxiety and book your own. Such a scam.

They respond very quickly and have always been available to me when / if I hit a bump during my trips. I’m about to book another trip and wouldn’t look any further than BCC to manage my business trip experience.
