Oct 11,2024Flights were on time as scheduled however, initially the first flight booked from Las Vegas to San Francisco was booked too close to the departing overseas flight and I had to change that flight time from Las Vegas to give us more time between flights.

Oct 10,2024I was told by Melany that BCC could preselect our seats in Business Class on BA without the additional $150 per ticket fee. Clearly a valuable benefit. Eventually they could NOT do it and my wife and I did not sit together on our LHR/IAH 10 hour flight. Also, the fare I paid was slightly higher than the cost of buying tickets directly from the airline with change options. And finally, I inquired about returning 1 day earlier and was told it would be $7000 US per ticket more. Communication was consistently poor or non existent.

Oct 10,2024I had great success with BCC. Service is top level and they do what they promise. Pricing and terms are competitive and fair. I will definitely use BCC again for flying Business Class.

No pressure, no B.S. no strings attached - really good service all the way, full transparency of restrictions, refund and itinerary change rules - and excellent pricing. Immediately after booking my seats were available on the airlines web site. This is definitely the right way to buy discounted business class tickets.

Oct 04,2024Alexis created a simple itinerary for me which was important since I was flying alone and had never traveled internationally. Plus she got me a Business Class seat for the price of Premium Economy! Also when I contacted Alexis about my 3 hour flight delay her team immediately checked into it. She assured me if I missed my connection I would be able to stay at a hotel, all expenses paid and get a flight the next day. With that assurance, I was relaxed and did make the connection.

Oct 03,2024The Travel Expert, Manuel, managed to correctly understand my needs and wants in the travel process. He convinced me of flying with ANA, which was the right call by his part even if it was more expensive compared to other airlines. He also recommended using either Narita airport and Haneda Airport, which adjusted to my travel intinerary accordingly. Lastly, he communicated with me few days prior to my flight just to make sure everything was OK.

Oct 11,2024We were having a hard time finding airfare to Europe, that entailed economy-plus or better seating. All we found were long layovers and expensive flights. Julz and team were able to work with us and find us seats for a little bit more but we flew business both ways and had no Issues. The flights were absolutely awesome. We had a few connections that we were short on time/rushed for but no cancellations nor missed flights. We are huge fans now and will be talking to you soon!
