Aug 09,2021Only used it once and really like the feel. Not sure exactly what I’m supposed to do with the metal clips. I think I’m going to put Velcro 3M strips on the bottom of the seat pan. I think it’s going to help my tailbone pain.

Jul 18,2021My wife and I ride a 2020 Harley Davidson Freewheeler trike... those who own these trikes know that the stock suspension is lacking in many ways. And one of the biggest problems we experience is being bounced around and hit with jolts every time we ran over a bump or pot hole. So, I have been researching aftermarket shock options, which is expensive. In the meantime, I was looking for a high quality seat pad cushion to help combat our less than stellar suspension. I was watching a Law Abiding Biker YouTube video where the Butt Buffer pad was being reviewed. Ryan had nothing but good things to say about it and even mentioned that it would help provide comfort when riding over bumps and pot holes. I was hooked. So, I purchased one for my wife and one for me. I was so eager to test out the new pad I forgot to remove my thick back pocket wallet. We took off for a 60 mile ride down and back on the river road we venture on frequently. The only problem is the road has a boatload of bumps and potholes from farming equipment and 18 wheelers. So, the ride gets rough on certain stretches. The first and worst stretch of this road we ride was tamed immediately with these seat pads. My wife and I both yelled "yahoo!" after going over this stretch without being tossed around. And we were both very comfortable the entire ride. We were absolutely amazed. I kid you not. This seat pad now tames the entire river road loop. I now enjoy that ride each and every time. This product is that good. My shock consideration has been put on the shelf until next year. This pad also keeps your bottom side dry throughout the entire ride in 100+ temperatures. This is the best $200 I have spend on any motorcycle I have ever owned. I am absolutely blown away how well this pad works.

The roads up in canada are rough from our winters, however my experience is good and I'm enjoying every time i get on the motorcycle knowing the butt buffer is there. Other friends keep asking to try it out when i tell them how comfortable it is. Thank you.

Jul 01,2021I've had 5 back surgeries, a hip and femur bone replacement due to bone disease, I've only used the butt buffer for 2 one hour rides. So far I've had much less sciatica and butt pain, I also purchased a corbin seat which will take some break-in, hopefully with both I'll be able to take a ride longer than an hour. Solid product, looks great on my bike.

Jun 20,2021Seems well made,but all honesty my butt was sore after about a hr in the ride.same distance without the buffer. Quick stop for lunch temp in low 80s but the buffer had heated up to butt scorching temps. Recommended it be removed or covered up if leaving in the sun for any amount of time.

Jun 16,2021Excellent product. It would be nice if it was more specific to the bike model/manufacture. Not as good as a custom seat, but light years ahead of the OEM seat. If you don’t want to pay the high cost of a custom seat, then this is the best substitute for one.
