Jun 03,2021Waited until I gave it a long distance test to review. Rode from Chicago to DC for Rolling to Remember. 575 miles day 1, 300 day 2, Day 5 750 mile straight back. I think the only part of my body that wasn't sore was the part attached to the Butt Buffer. I've used other products but this is by far the best. It stays put, which is important, the others move and goodbye comfort. No soreness, no discomfort, I'm sure it's not perfect for everyone, but it certainly is for me.

May 29,2021This product definitely works for me . Before buying the Butt Buffer I could not ride more than an hour before I would have pain in my butt. So much pain I would have to stop and stand a few minutes. The Butt Buffer helps me get over that one hour hump and continue to ride for at least two hours before a needled break. Would highly recommend the Butt Buffer because it works.

May 24,2021I thought, after reading several reviews, that I would give the "Butt Buffer" a try. I've put about three hundred miles on it so far, and I've got to say it does make a difference. For starters my hands no longer go to sleep (numb) this has got to be because I'm putting less pressure on my spine and it also helps with keeping your bottom dry. My wife uses the Air Hawk which isn't bad but it puts me in a different zip code...The BB only places you up and forward about half an inch. I feel like I'm still on the bike.......Shipping was super fast. Thanks again Peter.

He noticed my emails were not getting delivered to me and he tried sending them 3 or 4 time so he took an extra step and sent me a text message telling me there was a problem with my email address. I text him back to verify he had the correct email address and he did but for some reason they were not getting delivered. I sent him another email address to use and that one worked perfectly. Peter did not have to go that far but he did and I am very grateful he took the time and let me know about that problem. That is superb customer service and everyone in customer service should take a lesson from him. If I could have given him 10 stars I would for he deserves it.

Very shortly after the email was sent I received a phone call from Peter advising me they had been made aware of this with some of their packages and that he would get the missing clips sent ASAP. Peter shipped the missing hardware the same day. The phone call was much appreciated. Great product and I would recommend Butt Buffer to anyone.
