Jan 24,2024Order number: 21-09543-16694 Do not trust this company. My husband and I are currently stuck in a loop trying to get our product fixed as it broke within warranty. After initially offering us a refund they dragged their feet and are now saying it’s not their responsibility as it’s over the warranty period- but that’s purely because of the time it’s taken for them to help us. They are now refusing to understand or help and are just repeating the same incorrect message. Buysbestuk, We find this completely unfair and wrong. The product broke and was sent to you well within the warranty period. You were unable to fix it therefore you owe us a full refund! Please could you respond and issue this refund ASAP, and stop just repeating the same message over and over again.

Dec 13,2023Just an update on my microwave review on 2/11/23 despite repeated attempts to get a refund for the broken item I did not receive one . But today got a full refund after contacting PayPal as that was how I paid for it, after getting nowhere with this company I raised a complaint through PayPal and surprise surprise they never got back in touch with PayPal either. I would be very wary of buying off this supplier Buysbest/ Prodhks. But a big shout out to PayPal !!

Dec 13,2023Just for an update on my review of 2/11/23 microwave, luckily I paid with PayPal and contacted them about buysbest/prodhks and PayPal have now credited my account with the full purchase price . I was left with no other option as they would not reply to my emails. And surprise surprise they didn’t contact PayPal either . Be very wary of this company as they were obviously not going to refund me . Thank you PayPal !!

The packaging was badly damaged ... and yet taped up with FRAGILE stickers! ... and the package arrived 3 days late! Using EVRI could seriously damage YOUR business!

Dec 04,2023A decent set of SDS Plus drill bits. Well priced and a good variety of drills and chisels. Delivery was very speedy and the items arrived within two days of ordering. The moulded plastic case that the bits are stored in is a little suspect as the bits tend to fall out of their holders, but for the price it’s a small consideration. Overall I’m pleased with my purchase.

Dec 03,2023Ordered 2 halogen heaters. One was obviously a returned item as the box was battered and instruction manual missing as was one of the bolts required for assembly and the other one was already in base plate. Very disappointed with their quality control and would not use them again.
