Customer service has been great. They made the process of getting my impressions done, showing me a treatment plan and payment very easy. Can't wait for my aligners to arrive!
I was having photos and reached out to the tech who emailed me following up three times. I didn’t get a response. I contacted customer service they never responded to my request so I contacted them again. Still nothing. Figured it out on my own.
They hound you the minute you show interest, and will text and call you everyday until you make a purchase. Once you've made a purchase they literally ghost you. It's been 5 weeks since I placed my order and I have not received any updates. They tell you that it takes 3 days weeks for your aligners to be made and shipped and that's just a bold face lie. I've reached out to inquire about my order but have received absolutely no response. If I had known this is how the customer experience would be I would have NEVER gone through with using byte.
Horrible. No customer service after you pay! 2.5 months no aligners! No one can tell me where they are. It’s nearly impossible to get customer service and no phone numbers available. Please proceed with caution while using this company.
The representative was very nice and really tried to get my issue resolved which she did. I was able to get what I wanted yesterday.

The consistent communication including over-stating instructions and easy-to-watch videos helped me a ton. I'm a visual learner, so reading everything more than once and then watching correct technique are a game changer. I was so skeptical about an orthodontic process available online, but here I am and so far I am impressed. Can't wait to start!
Fairly easy to get, but customer service and clinical support is abysmal. You have monthly check-ins but no one communicates with you about them. When you request support thru the app there are never reps available, and you are told response time is 3-4 business days. When you call to follow up they tell you they are behind and you may wait 8 days or longer for support. I've received emails asking me to rate support people who I've never had communication with. Byte can do better... The verdict is out about whether or not they even work.
