I just received the aligners this afternoon and haven’t used one yet. However, so far all contact I’ve had with Byte Aligners staff was positive. Each one was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Also, the packaging was very nice and neat.

Everything was super easy. I got real time updates and status about my order. The only thing that I would suggest is to add an extra set of putty with the impression kit. I messed up only one of mine and I had to redo all of them. If you include one extra set of putty, it would save everyone time and money.
The representative explained all steps clearly and knew the estimated time line of when I will begin my treatment, accurately.
I used Byte to try to fix a large gap in my upper teeth. I went through the whole process, did my impressions and got a proposed treatment plan with a 3d model showing the gap would close over the course of a 9 week treatment plan, so I pulled the trigger on the night time aligners. I followed ever step, the aligners fit terribly, were uncomfortable and painful. I continually reached out to Byte to let them know and was told to keep going. Finally by step 5 out of 9 I noticed the gap in my teeth hadn’t moved at all. So I took a look at my step 9 aligners and the gap was still there on my final step. No different than step 1. Once again I reached out to Byte and was told that not all plans achieve the desired result. I requested a refund and was told that was impossible since the crappy aligners had already been made. I ended up opening a dispute case with care credit who I used to finance the aligners. STAY AWAY FROM BYTE! They use deceptive business practices to get you to purchase the product, and if it doesn’t work, you may be stuck paying for it anyway!

All of the Byte employees I engaged with were so useful and kind! My treatment plan was pushed through quickly, shipped in amazing packaging, and arrived on time. For this pricing, you can’t beat it!
Not very forthcoming about all policies and expectations. They don’t respond when you place requests, at least or for a few days. I had to send another request for someone to reach out to me. Only to tell me I was doing something wrong. They know absolutely nothing about my daily routine so how they figured that, I don’t know. I regret this decision.
I’m only at the beginning of this journey. Byte has kept in touch with me through informative emails. I’ve also talked with a representative, Kevin. He answered my questions and calmed my fears.
I'm going to fix my gap! They helped me get the financial assistance that I needed to be able to do this! I'm so excited to see my new smile.

I am still waiting for my aligners, if I do not receive them before my payment is due I'm canceling!
So far costumer service is excellent they are always available. Will be starting my new treatment hopefully will be looking amazing.
The communication has been terrible. When I was called to place my order, I told them that I was going to be temporarily relocating for work soon and that I would need to update my shipping address when I got there. Absolutely, no problem I was told. I offered to delay ordering until I had my new address, but I was assured it would not be an issue. They created the shipping without contacting me or offering me a way to update my shipping address. I finally got ahold of customer service to correct it. Gave them the correct address. They still shipped one of the packages to the wrong address. So far, only about 20% of what I have been told has been accurate. I hope that when I get my aligners, they are better than the customer service.
