Aug 06,2024Prompt response to questions…via email or text. The packaging is very impressive. There are many pieces to the procedure, so at first it was a bit overwhelming; the app is very helpful, as well as the chat bot, which actually works!

Aug 05,2024The process starts out great. Taking your molds is easy and straightforward. Once they get your money, everything goes down hill. The level of communication and response time is unacceptable. When you do reach someone. They ask you like 12 questions that aren’t even relevant to your concern before they answer you. It’s like they are trying to exhaust you into stop emailing them. My teeth look good, but it definitely was not worth it. If I could do over, Invisalign all the way
