Prompt response to questions…via email or text. The packaging is very impressive. There are many pieces to the procedure, so at first it was a bit overwhelming; the app is very helpful, as well as the chat bot, which actually works!
Super easy to get in contact with they are always there to answer any questions makes everything easy and I don't feel like I'm a burden like they generally seem like they want to help!
Spoke with Abraham and customer service. He was lovely- very polite and very considerate. He reassured me with my concerns about wearing my night aligners long enough.

So far so good. Customer service is responsive and getting started is very easy. They follow up with emails and text which helps!
The process starts out great. Taking your molds is easy and straightforward. Once they get your money, everything goes down hill. The level of communication and response time is unacceptable. When you do reach someone. They ask you like 12 questions that aren’t even relevant to your concern before they answer you. It’s like they are trying to exhaust you into stop emailing them. My teeth look good, but it definitely was not worth it. If I could do over, Invisalign all the way
