I decided to do Byte to improve my smile and my alignment of my teeth. I wore Invisalign 10 years ago. My night guard cracked and my teeth shifted again. It was 90% less than Invisalign treatments. And they provide the night guard retainers as part of my program. Everything, was easy from impressions to pictures. And communication from support were great to make sure they have all the pictures done. What an awesome experience can not wait to get my trays in and start the process. More to come on how it goes!

I felt it was important to update my review to reflect the positive changes at Byte. Initially, I expressed concerns about not receiving a refund and the lack of communication after my deposit was made. While there’s still room for improvement in their communication, I must commend them for how they ultimately resolved my issue. I want to emphasize that they addressed my situation before I posted my review, which shows their commitment to customer service. I appreciate their efforts and believe they deserve recognition for it.

I did not receive my aligners. They’ve tried to send them to me three time, and have been unsuccessful each time. I’m done dealing with this, but these people will not give me a refund. It’s outrageous. They are very rude and will not understand why I don’t want them to keep trying to send more over and over again. Wouldn’t it save them money to refund me instead of continuing to remake them and Reship them???

This far my experience has been good through each step of the process. Byte employees have been very helpful and are concerned with preconditions of your teeth before they start the process and I can appreciate that.

The people I’ve talked to in this process has made my experience top tier due to the fact that they are sooo kind and they know exactly what they are doing! I highly recommend Byte for the quality but also for how affordable Byte is!

Customer service is excellent with this company, and there is an actual person available to guide you through the process of making the impressions for the aligners, explaining payment methods, etc. I received emails and texts regarding what the next steps would be and what I could expect. I especially liked that this was very private and could be done from home.

People text you, obviously not well trained in what actually goes on with care. They don't explain the plan just rush you along to get the financial part done. Then give you details about the plan. I didn't like the sound of using a tooth vibration device every night and when they told me that I wanted to cancel. Literally like 20 minutes later and they said sorry we have a no cancelation policy. I requested a copy of that, they didn't send it, I sent emails, no response, no phone number to call. Pretty crappy

The customer service in regards to information and communication has been a very good experience. I haven’t received my first set of appliances yet, however, I have received my insurance reimbursement forms, which is nice to have those sent into my company for review.
