Mar 06,2021Great product selection especially for hot chocolate drinkers. My favourite is Galaxy White followed by the Mars hot chocolate. They are reasonaly priced and you can order in bulk or special bundles. They also do Horlicks original and Chocolate. I am not very fond of the Caffeluxe Version of the hot Chocolate. Now this is down to them using continental chocolate which is a bit higher in cocoa content than the English brands. Ordering is really easy and products arrive really quick. My last order there was a delay in sending one of the items. I was kept up-to-date and a voucher offered due to the delay. I have recommended Caffelux to my other friends who have the Dolce Gusto Machines. I have my eye on the Dulce Gusto and Nespresso combi machine :-)

Mar 03,2021Order ID: Order # 000015718 / 16 December 2020 Found ordering from Caffeluxe quick and easy. I was kept informed of my orders progress throughout and my items arrived on time. I ordered the F.R.I.E.N.D.S DUO Machine Bundle as a gift and judging by the response it was well received. My only criticism would be a box of the strawberry milkshakes I ordered at the same time, to honest I was not impressed, I found them a little tasteless and weak. Not tried any of the other milkshake pods as I was rather put off. Other than this the service I received was excellent and I will (and have) use Caffeluxe again in the future.

Mar 02,2021Great Prices! But the only issue I had was that I didn't receive all of my order in one go, it took three separate deliveries before I received everything. Two of the items were sold out and I had to chase the last one, because it was taking so long!

Mar 02,2021I have now ordered twice from caffe luxe. When The first order I placed arrived, two items were missing. I contact Caffe luxe by email and they got back to me within 48 hours to explain that one item was out of stock and had been immediately refunded. And that another item was due to be in stock a week later. Although it would have been preferred if they had emailed me to explain before I’d had to contact them, they did send me this item when it was back in stock. Plus they actually gave me a £5 off voucher code for the inconvenience. Can’t complain at the customer service! Very helpful. Second order I placed arrived quicker and with all items there. Would order from them again. And their own brand of dulce gusto pods are really yummy too.
