Aug 18,2018I have a nespresso, tassimo and a dolce gusto machine and was looking at ways to cut costs on coffee pods. I particularly like the dolce gusto machine as the drinks seem hotter so was on the look out for compatible pods. I had tried some from ebay as well as Asda own brand and didn't like them as when making a drink some of the capsules leak. I went into Farm Foods one day and saw the Caffe Bertoni pods on the shelf and at £2 per box I didn't think that would be much good but got a box of cafe au lait and a cappuchino creme to try and was very surprised at how nice the coffee was. Not having heard of these pods before I took to the internet to see if there were any other flavours available and came across the Caffeluxe website where they had different flavours at £1.95 per box. I placed an order and everything arrived within a few days, we made our way through the different drinks and found that in all the pods that were used none of them leaked (I ordered 13 boxes, so 130 pods) which was an absolute bonus. The coffees are really nice and even the flavoured ones are not overly sweet which for me is another bonus. I would certainly recommend these pods to anyone who is looking for a good quality, great priced compatible pod. The only downside is that since placing my first order I haven't been able to get hold of the Americano (which I really liked) as it has been out of stock since.
