Mar 01,2021This is just about the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 4 boxes of pods. Order took an age to arrive . Order finally arrived I was 4 coffee cups missing. Customer service is really bad, to reply. After writing on the Facebook wall, got a reply that I will receive replacement. But it was a lie. No reply afterwards.

Feb 27,2021I have shopped Cafeluxe products now for over a year. I have a Dolce Gusto coffee maker and the pods fit perfectly. My favourite is the flat whaite and the Galaxy white comes a close second. The flavours are delicious and of a high quality. There is no bitterness in the flat white and they are within a reasonable calorie intake. Deliveries are speedy and I am always pleased to continue re ordering regularly.
