Perfect service! The package came just in time. The only they need is a little more web development, better database interaction to the client account. I'm sure it is on the way
The machine exterior was bent and dented, also one of the screw was dropped. They want photos and that was it. I heard nothing since then, tried to reach out many times. You will have the worst experince if anything goes wrong.
If one wants to buy quality coffee machines, this is the place. They stock renowned brands and their customer services is by far the best and a very proactive team. The delivery was made within a few days as promised and very well packaged. Will definitely recommend Caffè Italia to anyone looking to buy at the best prices available.

We bought an espresso machine late 2020 and it was delievered with no delay and ready to plugin. Here well over a year later, the machine suddently stopped working just after New Year's, so I contacted customer service. After a few days of calling customer service without any one picking up or replying to my e-mail, I finally chose to contact sales instead. The kind guy answering told me that a lot of people were on holiday, but he made sure to quickly reply to my e-mail and helped me with guidance on how to fix the machine myself. Now my espresso machine is brewing again and I can only recommend the company - as long as you don't expect fast service around the holidays. But overall, I am a very happy customer!
I ordered a Gaggia Brera from Caffe Italia. The product arrived in great condition and customer support was prompt in answering my questions. I would definitely recommend them.
Update on my previous review. Today I celebrate the success of follow Cafe Italia's customer service process, thank you to a customer agent called Matteo, I have been reimbursed fully for my courier costs to get my machine repaired and have been reassured by Matteo that in the future if my machine breaks down under its warranty, I will be reimbursed for my courier costs. Delighted with this outcome. Thank you to Matteo.
I ordered an e&b labs moka pot, similar to the famous Bialleti but made of much higher quality materials and which uses a custom designed filter with finer holes than the Bialleti. It’s beautifully made with subtle branding and in jet black. They are made in Italy and as far as I can tell, in the UK they are only available from Caffe Italia. I couldn’t be more pleased with the coffee maker and considering it’s xmas and Covid is raging the pot was delivered by FedEx in good time. Caffe Italia sells many interesting high quality coffee products and the site is worth a visit.

I purchased a La Marzocco Linea Mini from CoffeeItalia Ireland. What can I say: good communication, speedy delivery (under one week). I also felt it was a reasonable price. A thrilled customer- bravo!
Avoid...Terrible customer service. I ordered a coffee grinder from them which arrived damaged and unusable as a result of their poor packaging. I got in contact with them and they were asking me to pay them 50 euro to send out a replacement. Eventually after several emails, they agreed to give me a refund if I dropped the broken grinder to their office in Dublin. I did this and they said they would refund me. One week later and still no sign of the refund in my bank account or in my Paypal, I emailed them and asked them when I should expect to receive the refund. They said "very shortly". I emailed Paypal and they confirmed with me that the refund had not been issued and Paypal sorted the situation out for me.

I bought a gaggia magenta prestige to be delivered to the UK which came with a European plug and without the coffee beans as a present. Contacted customer service and the only thing they did was attaching an invoice where it said that I received it. Why would I lie about it? Really hoping that the machine works fine as dealing with them looks hopeless. Really bad customer service.
Its probably the best coffee (roast bean) in the world, so I ensure to order enough to last at least 6 months.
Lowest price I could find for a La Spaziale machine, good customer service and fast delivery (although the machine arrived on a pallet!).
Cafe Italia - Formally Trading as Coffee Italia Ltd - Dissolved on 19/01/2021 --- Zero UK Consumer Protection I purchased a new coffee Grinder from these guys on September 13th at a cost of £2300. Their website offered a 2% discount and faster processing of the order if paid by bank transfer. The 2% cost saving was irrelevant but as our grinder had broke we paid by Bank Transfer to save time. The grinder finally arrived a couple of weeks after it was supposed to due to the export paperwork not being right, but we did get the machine the end and were happy with it. 2 weeks after receipt, it had been working without issue, but when the Barista wanted to do the scheduled cleaning he was unable to free the hopper. We reported the issue to Cafe Italia over phone and email but they didn't respond. We had to chase RELENTLESSY to get a response. When we did finally get a response it was poor, they simply said they had passed my 'enquiry' to the technical team. Further weeks of chasing regularly yielded nothing. Finally after 4 weeks of chasing, Café Italia concluded it wasn't a manufacturer fault and therefore not covered by the so-called warranty. I set about getting an engineers report to prove that the issue was in fact a manufacturers fault. I paid a local specialist £113 to assess the unit and issue a report. They concluded that fault was a manufacturers fault and noted the item ''should be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement''. I forwarded the report to Cafe Italia for review. I was told then the enquiry had been sent to a manager and the manager would contact me. Nobody contacted me. It became clear that Cafe Italia was actively avoiding honoring the warranty. However, I was not going to lie down and just accept it. I persevered and eventually a manager did contact me. Initially he agreed to have the grinder returned for a refund or replacement and said he would issue a postage return label. Shortly after he called me to ask if I would drive the machine to a repair service they had connections with (they were just 2hrs away by car) this option was to save any further delays to getting a machine organised. They advised that they would pay for everything, parts labor, whatever was needed, ''they would do the right thing to help me'', so reluctantly I agreed. They organised for the machine to be collected. Cafe Italia's nominated repairer identified that the internals ''had not been greased by the manufacturer and were dry''; this had been the cause of the hopper not releasing. Finally today, November 15th, almost three months since the nightmare began, the nominated repairer fixed the problem and sent them an invoice for £141. Cafe Italia immediately replied back stating they would not pay for the repair as there had been no broken parts and told them to send me the invoice. Simply ridiculous given they instructed this company, and given the steps both engineering companies took to diagnose the issue. To conclude, you are not buying from a UK based company, they have a London phone number that redirects to Italy. You have zero consumer rights. DO NOT pay by bank transfer under any circumstances. If you do, you will have given up any protection offered through your bank. They will only honor a warranty if they have to. Pay by card for protection, otherwise you have no warranty.
My experience started with a question around what coffee machine best suited my needs, I was able to speak to someone at your firm and they provided me with clear guidance on the type of machine, the recommended brand and a grinder that would also suit as part of an overall package. A number of things blew me a way, the speed with which the machine was dispatched, the ongoing communication regarding its delivery and the quality of packaging to ensure the machine arrived safely at our home. The fact that the machine makes better espressos than any coffee shop I have been to anywhere in the world, well that is a huge bonus. The machine demonstrates that Italians know how to make beautiful machines that function as designed. I cannot recommend these guys strongly enough!
Very poor, patronising responses. £850 for a coffee machine that now does not make the milk…disaster! The support being overseas has not helped either!

Jan 20,2022I have just purchased a new Gaggia Classic Pro coffee machine from Caffe Italia to replace my previous Gaggia Classic which has given me many years of service and with only one trip to the repairers during all that time. Caffe Italia were very prompt in dispatching my new machine and the first coffee drinks produced equally matched the excellence of coffee produced on my previous machine. I was impressed by the efficiency and the manner in which the machine was dispatched and the item arrived in mint condition within its box packaging together with a number of complimentary bags of ground Caffe Italia coffee ready for use. I was also kept informed through the dispatch period so that I could be ready for its arrival at my home address.
