Fast response from customer service and shipping to Sweden from italy only took a few days!
Amazing customer service, fast order dispatch, accurate communication! Coffee machine arrived with a defective bean hopper (probably factory defect, as box was in great shape), seller arranged an urgent replacement at no extra charge! Happy to deal with professionals like CoffeeItalia. I will happily buy from them in the future.
Ordered a new fab Rancilio Silvia 2020 on Sunday afternoon, it arrived today - Wednesday. 3 days! Incredible. Next we wanted to remove the protective film, without leaving any bits around the screws, so we undid them all, but one wouldn't work. I emailed Café Italia and got an answer from their technical people within the hour, they suggested a fix which worked. From our very first cup, an excellent coffee. just FYI, our last Rancilio lasted 10 years, and is still fixable, we just treated ourselves to a new one!
Bought a Gaggia Cordona back in February. Within 6 months, a small plastic spring in a part which requires daily cleaning broke. Caffè Italia positively REFUSED to replace it, contrary to the Consumer Rights Act 2015. So if you buy from them, don't expect them to honour the guarantee, because they can't even comply with the law. And they say they are law abiding - so where is the company name and company registration number on the website? Illegal under Company (Trading Disclosure) Regulations 2008. And is JTS ADv Ltd, short for JTS Advertising LTD? (Their holding company) Trading whilst dissolved is illegal as well.
Very happy with my Gaggia Cordorna. No problems Ordering, in fact arrived from Italy two days early. Would highly recommend Caffe Italia. Regards Chris Knight
The customer service is so bad. I ordered philips coffe grinder and never come. I email and chat customer service but they never answered me clearly. I can’t track my order and I dont know how to take my money back. So please help me if you guys know about this company. I just want they give back my money! Never trust this website, spam!

Nothing to complain about. I bought my Rancilio Silvia espresso machine via Delivery from London to the Glasgow was within 2 days. The machine was well packed. It's a beautiful machine which makes great espresso's. So I'm very satisfied.
Ordered a coffee grinder over a month ago. Every time I get in contact my calls and emails go unanswered... Who knows if the grinder will ever show up.

We ordered a Gaggia cadorna milk from this company on 26th may 2021, the milk system stopped working on the 8th June 2021, I requested a refund, the machine cost £700 and I lost confidence in the product. I was told to send it somewhere at my expense and get it fixed. When I reiterated that I wanted a refund they gave me another load of spiel about getting it fixed as it was a common fault! So now I definitely don’t want it, so replied back, no, I’d like a refund as the item is faulty. By the time they replies it was the 16th June, and told me that unfortunately I was out of the two week window to get a refund! These jokers never sent a receipt or a guarantee explaining they they had a two week return policy, not that this should apply as the product is faulty, and we in the uk have 30 days to complain and get a refund on any goods that are not fit for purpose. Every email I now send gets a polite reply stating their opening hours and that a member of their team will respond asap. We can’t even find their address and we have asked them for it. I am now about to get the trading standards to intervene. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Shocking after sales and lack of professionalism off the scale, but from John Lewis or direct from the maker.
Ordered a ~£700 coffee machine. Order placed 20th June, Product arrived 20th July. Paid via bank transfer, did not receive a confirmation of payment, my emails ignored. Product lost during delivery via UPS. I had to call many times to Caffe Italia AND UPS to follow up. Would have wished Caffe italia to take the initiative to follow up a lost package they sent, as UPS refused to provide me further details as Caffe Italia was the sender of the package. Lost package wasn't resent until several weeks after first order. No reimbursement offered for my time wasted and delayed enjoyment. Barbara on the UK phone customer service was kind and friendly, that helped.
I ordered a Rancilio Rocky in June-21. Unfortunately UPS somehow managed to lose the delivery to my intermediate shipper, based in Luton, England. Upon notifying Caffe Italia I was immediately sent a replacement grinder which arrived without any issue. The grinder itself exceeds my expectations. It is a serious bit of home barista kit, simple but seemingly bombproof and I am able to pull really decent espresso shots using my stovetop 9Barista espresso machine. I can only recommend Caffe Italia for their service & great equipment

This is my own independent purchase and I would like to stage that I feel the positive feedback is more than justified. Don’t believe the negatives you may have read here. Some of the reviews concerned me but I can happily say that my experience was entirely excellent. I purchased a La Pavoni Esperto Abile from Caffe Italia and the product was received well within the anticipated timeline of a week despite the disaster that is Brexit! Overall I would say it was an excellent purchase experience from start to finish. I had to contact to make enquiries after the purchase and these queries were dealt with quickly and courteously. I would say the customer service experience was excellent. The product arrived in a timely fashion and was extremely well packaged and protected for transport. The machine itself not only pulls some of the best espresso I have ever had, it is also a piece of artwork in the kitchen. Although there is a steep learning curve with all lever machines they are albeit intuitive and this machines simplistic beauty brings joy to my morning coffee routine. I would recommend caffe Italia for all your coffee needs and look forward to doing business with them in the future.
