May 05,2021After doing some research into which espresso machine to buy, I went ahead and parted with £515.00 with this company, pity I did not read any of their reviews on here first, bought 3 months ago thinking they ship within the UK, found out that there's at least a 10 day wait for it to arrive from Milan. It arrived with 2 faults, after finally getting through to them, it was collected and sent to their repair centre in north London, was away for 3 weeks, returned back with but with still one fault, was collected and sent away again, then sent back minus the UK adaptor!! When I switched it on, it worked once, then failed again with the same fault. It has spent more times away than in my kitchen, when I call, I get the same response "Marco will contact you immediately" he never does, no one does, they keep saying, send us an email, I have sent several, the other reviews are right about the poor customer service, it would seem once they have your money it's nothing to do with them. This whole episode has seriously effected my health and family, I just want to return my machine, a Bezzera Hobby for a full refund. Have just seen their response: They have not been on the phone today, or any day for that matter except when they took my money, the machine STILL has a fault, I NEED TO SPEAK TO A REAL PERSON WHO UNDERSTANDS CUSTOMER NEEDS AND WILL GIVE ME A REFUND NOT ANOTHER REPAIR!!! They seem to enjoy making things up!!! I will have to begin legal proceedings.

May 04,2021CUSTOMER CARE DOES NOT EXIST TO THIS COMPANY!!! WE RETURNED OUR USELESS COFFEE MACHINE IN MARCH HAVE CALLED WEEKLY FOR UPDATE ON REPAIR NO JOY !! WE ARE £500 DOWN AND STILL WAITING Returned a Phillips Bean to cup coffee machine which had stopped working !purchased new end of August 2020 ) It was returned to Coffeeitalia at the cost to us of £30- 00 1st March this year as per instructions from them ! ,have phoned their customer service ( no human or call back ! ) WE STILL HAVE NO COFFEE MACHINE OR CONTACT FROM THEM ! Would not give them any stars to be honest Wouldn't buy from them EVER AGAIN !!

May 03,2021I bought the Gaggia Cadorna Prestige with a slightly heavy heart, simply because I am barista trained and enjoy the interaction with coffee making. However, we decided to make the move, at home, to this Gaggia beans to cup machine. What a fantastic decision it turned out to be! The whole machination is faultless; the cleaning system is well thought out, the button options are clearly designed by people who enjoy their coffee and it is actually quite simple to use. The worktop footprint it takes up is minimal and design wise, I think it looks quite snazzy! One initial problem was accessing the water tank but after making a quick call to the UK supplier, this was sorted; the water tank was interference fit so needed a bit of a yank to pull it out but once I realised it was sturdy enough, the problem was solved and after extracting and reinstalling it a handful of times, it became just a snug fit. I was reassured by the advice given and it proved totally correct. I anticipate a fulfilled and and lengthy usage from this Gaggia Cadorna Prestige machine and somewhat begrudgingly wonder why I have spent years manually perfecting coffee, when all I need now is to push buttons. Another plus point is that my husband can use this machine without making my kitchen look totally ransacked!

May 03,2021Compré un portafiltro tras confirmación escrita de que era compatible con mi máquina. Lo recibo y no lo era. Tuve que demostrar con fotos y vídeos que no era compatible. Me confirmaron por escrito desde UK que recibiría el producto compatible sin coste extra para mí, pues el error no fue mío. Se pasaron la pelota entre los equipos de UK y España y, al final, desde coffeeitalia.es me pedían que pagara un sobrecoste de 35 euros si quería el producto compatible (por supuesto sin justificar porqué dicho sobrecoste). Al final, su error tenía que pagarlo yo como cliente. Me negué. Tras casi dos meses y unos 20 emails, finalmente me hicieron un abono (lo que pagué por el portafiltro no compatible más los gastos de envío a Italia para su devolución) pero no en su totalidad, pues faltaban 2.71 euros. Muy cutre. Pregunté la razón y nunca obtuve respuesta. En definitiva, la gestión de coffeeitalia.es (Caffè Italia) es pésima y realmente cutre por su falta de transparencia y de ética con el cliente. Como tengas un problema con tu pedido, muy probablemente tendrás también una pérdida de tiempo y de dinero con ellos. Edición tras recibir respuesta: Tengo confirmación vuestra por email de lo siguiente: 1) era compatible, por eso lo compré, 2) tras confirmar que no era compatible, recibiría el compatible sin coste para mí, 3) se me enviaría el compatible en 5 días laborables. No cumplisteis vuestra palabra. Me negué a pagar 35 euros de sobreprecio, que no justificastéis con información ninguna de producto (ni ficha, ni link). Intentásteis que el envío del compatible os saliera gratis al pagar yo el sobrecoste. Nada de transparencia ni ética de venta. Y perdona pero no devolvisteis todo el dinero. Rascasteis casi tres eurillos sin justificar porqué. Muy cutre, insisto. Pero lo peor es el tiempo que me hicisteis perder, que es lo que más valoro.

I’ve seen some others reviews commenting on delivery and the plug, I suspect it was shipped from Italy not the UK but it still arrived within a week, as to the plug, there was an adapter placed in the packing….so all good
