Feb 24,2020I had emailed them with my artwork for printed wristbands a week and a half before our event. The order wouldn't be finalized until the week of the event, due to the fact that they take up to 24 hours to respond. By the time they were finally ready to proceed with the order, it was the week of the event, and the assured me it would be delivered the day before the event. I was not sent a shipping confirmations so I had to inquire if it had been shipped yet two days before the event, they took another 24 hours to tell me, the day before the event, that they forgot to print them. Their solution was to ship it to me two days after our event was done. They said they could print it in a few hours, but that it would be my problem to get them before our event the next day, and that they close in 2 hours (an hour+ drive away during rush hour). I asked if it could be couriered to us at the venue, and was told that I'd have to find a courier and figure it out on my own. In the meantime they had already canceled my order and then called me back to tell me my order was ready to be picked up shortly before they closed, which would be impossible to pick up. I would not recommend this company.

Dec 13,2016As a first timer and less than creative type of person with a tight deadline, I was able to find a template (from many choices) and edit the fields on the fly. I received a call the next day to ask about some of my "wording" which needed a quick a edit, which was made on the fly and then shipped immediately. Great pricing and overall very satisfied.

Dec 12,2016Canada ticket printing was easy to use. I used the help forum and the person I talked to was AWESOME! The discount they give to new customers and to charities is so thoughtful and greatly appreciated! The shipping ended up being 20.00 though, and when my order was only 30 I was quite shocked and after working all day on making the ticket just right I paid it anyway. I would suggest reviewing the size of your ticket. I assumed since I was ordering 'tickets' they'd be normal box office ticket sizes, but they arrived bigger than our invitations! I probably should have paid attention to the size, but I was using their template and assumed since they were a ticket printing company this would have been a given. You also can't remove the bar-code from the back of the tickets unless you 'diy' which wasn't a big deal, but I would have preferred not to have it. All in all a pretty great experience and I will order from them again.. just with the size and shipping costs in mind.
