Sep 06,2024Ordered 6 chocolate cupcakes with mermaid icing for my 4 year old niece’s first day at her new school. They arrived smushed under WAY too much paper packaging inside the box, and half of them were vanilla. I contacted the business and they refused to refund the order, insisting instead to send a whole new order - which makes no sense when the special moment is already over (plus I have no desire to overload my kid with sugar!) I found the responses really unsympathetic and unprofessional. As they say, every business messes up but what makes a business great is how they handle their mistakes. I hope this business learns some customer service skills! If you don’t deliver what you said when you said you would, return the money you took! Once you lose a customer’s trust, you don’t get a second chance unless you earn it.

Aug 29,2024Ordered 42 cupcakes for a 40th birthday. Cakes arrived on the day I requested, really well packed and looked delicious. I received on a Thursday and they unveiled at a party on the Saturday evening and each one still felt fresh, gooey and delicious. They went down a storm and I'd definitely recommend ordering from Candy's Cupcakes.
