Aug 27,2024Hugely disappointing. Ordered cakes for a 70th birthday that didn’t arrive on time, leaving people without any. Can’t comment on quality of the cakes as we never received them and the seller’s response wasn’t very sympathetic. No refund as seller claimed they were delivered the day after, even though we didn’t get them. Wouldn’t recommend due to poor response to the situation.

Aug 11,2024Cup cakes were really lovely, but….. dpd delivered them, they were left on my doorstep and totally ignored the arrows on the box with which way to leave it. There was an ice pack in the box which was directly on the cakes box which had melted and had made the box soggy and squashed a few of the cakes. Having said that the quality of the cakes are very good and i would order again, just a shame with the delivery.

Aug 29,2024Ordered cakes for my friends birthday. They were left on the doorstep even though she was home. By the time I got the notification saying they were delivered she went to the door and they were gone! Neighbours haven't got it! Contacted candy cupcakes to be told nothing can be done! Bearing £50 wasted and now I have to buy slither present! Not helpful at all !!!
