Jul 03,2024Brilliant service. They are the only company with pretty looking, gluten free cakes that I could find. My cupcakes arrived early, however the DPD driver had ignored instructions on the packaging and left them upside down. Consequently the buttercream was ruined and they were unable for the baby shower. I spoke with the ladies at head office and they had another set send out immediately and raised it with DPD. The second batch arrived the next day, the correct way up (well done DPD) and perfect for the baby shower they were needed for. For GF cakes too, they were a lovely texture and very tasty. I’ll certainly come to this company again for my next batch of cupcakes!

Jul 04,2024First experience with this company would have been five stars but my second definitely not as great! I only ordered with this company as they offer next day delivery but unfortunately the cakes did not arrive. I contacted the company and they said it was an issue with DPD. I understand this is out of their direct control but I’m surprised they refused to take any responsibility given they have chosen this delivery company. They also refused to refund the next day delivery fees I had paid.
