Jun 20,2024We had a bit of a disaster baking our own ‘Pride’ cake and we were desperately searching for a Plan B. Finally I found your BRILLIANT Website and saw your quick delivery and promptly ordered 30 Pride themed cupcakes for next day delivery. To be honest, I thought something would go horribly wrong, power cut at Cupcake HQ, or the courier gets lost or drops them… or both, a million things could have gone wrong. But low and behold, as requested they arrived before 1030am and considering as I didn’t place the order until 2pm yesterday, this was pretty damn impressive! Beautifully packaged and had withstood the journey by the amazing courier and arrived in perfect condition. Our Chef couldn’t have been happier – or more relieved!! Talk about gone in 60 seconds as our guests devoured them with much exuberance accompanied with sounds of ‘ooooh these are amazing’ and ‘aww so pretty’! So a million thank you’s to everyone at Candy’s Cupcakes. You REALLY pulled the rabbit out of the hat!!

The fathers day treat box was outstanding, everything comes packed so well, the free doughnuts that come when you pre order was an added bouns and tasted delicious. Jun 20,2024The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars is the delivery service. DPD did not deliver on Friday as expected and lied about not getting an answer when they rang. They never came to the door as I was home, waiting for the parcel. I called their customer service & they promised they would re-attempt the delivery - never happened. My hubby (the recipient of what was meant as a surprise) ended up having to pick them up from the post office on Saturday. Once we got them, they were tasty and hubby enjoyed them but the whole delivery saga really put a damper on the experience.
