Jul 11,2024I want to say thank you to Christian. I needed to sell my 2006 BMW 5 series. He contacted me and offered the best bid. He had a tow truck at my house in less than 24 hours. They picked up my car, even though it was still drivable and in good condition. The driver contacted the company via FaceTime and showed the owner that he had the car and that I had signed the title over. At that time he passed me the phone and I texted him my Venmo information. He sent the money before I could put my driver license back into my wallet. Then the driver allowed me to take pictures as a memory. The whole process was less than 15 minutes. The longest part was hooking the car up to the tow. The tow company that they're contracted with are really good people. I was very impressed by this whole transaction. Then Christian text me at 7Am to verify and clarify that the car had been picked up and that I had been paid. All of the professionalism throughout the whole process from each party was very impressive. I definitely found the right company.
