My point of f contact from CarBrain and from the towing company, these guys were great, personable, professional and efficient. Great experience all the way round. Far more than what they expected. Update, looks like CarBrain has not completed the process as I have received a notice from Arizona Dept of Transportation asking me what happened to the car and if it’s not re-instated there’s a $50 charge.
