Jul 02,2024I checked out BBB.org first when i researched selling my car. CarBrain had the best rating. I filled out the survey truthfully about my car and got my offer from CarBrain. They gave me the best offer and I accepted. I filled out my title & signed. The tow company kept in contact with me on the day of pick up and pick up was smooth & easy. The driver gave me the check and i gave him the title. The rep at CarBrain kept in contact with me by email all through the process. She emailed the bill of sale to prove that i had sold my car to them & I was able to cancel my insurance on the car. My experience was very professional & hassle free. It makes a difference who you deal with when getting rid of your car, from the company, the rep to the towing service they use!

Jul 01,2024The only problem I had with this team is pickup time was between 8am-12pm and they didn’t show up until after 6pm so instead of losing a half of day I lost a whole day waiting. Other than that the team was very nice and respectful. Driver was very apologetic stating they were very busy. I would recommend carbrain to anyone that would want to sell there car.
