Mar 31,2025The process from start to finish was 5*. Online booking was a breeze. Email notifications sent once booked with instructions of what was required prior to collection. Upon collection day, driver called in advance to notify approx ETA! Junior was so friendly, informative and respectful - what an asset to your team!! Text message alert was also sent to notify us that Junior had arrived. I will definitely (if ever in the future needing to scrap a car) use this service again. Amazing!

Lots of communication via email and text, driver called 30 mins before he got here and the money was in as he drove off. I hope I never have to scrap a car again but would, without hesitation, use again.

Contacted car.co.uk at 11am got a price and a time slot almost instantly, by 1.15 the driver had collected the car and the money was in my account. First class service, still sad to see the car go though 😟
