Mar 20,2025Terrible experience Came across this company and arrangements were made for my vehicle to be picked up between 8am and 12pm. Driver did not show up. Tried calling customer service after 12pm but no answer. Driver later called around 1300hrs to give me another ETA. Decided to rebook to the following day as I won't be at home and got given a slot of between 0800 and 1200 hrs. I made it clear that I won't be home after 1300 hrs. I have just got off the phone with the driver who is not going to be in my area until 1600 hrs. Time definitely means nothing for their pick up drivers. Only book them if you have got absolutely nothing to do on the pick up day.

Mar 20,2025The whole process was very simple from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and detailed explanation as to what needed to happen was provided. The lovely guy collecting the car arrived exactly when arranged, worked fast, and was even sympathetic and kind when my wife got upset (we’d had the car a couple of decades and lots of life events were tied into it so it was quite emotional). All in all, Car.co.uk made an unfortunate moment a lot simpler.
