I have paid for care line for many years, during this time I have pressed the call button 3 times and no one has ever come. The latest time was Tuesday. While I was sorting out freezer in conservatory I dropped a lump of meat and it hit one of break leavers on I called careline and explained it. Would take one minute to pull lever backwards on the back wheel I waited 2 hours in heat of conservatory Then ambulance arrived, after 2 hours told ambulance crew care line had wasted their time and apologised It took them just a second to get wheelchair working. We have daughter and granddaughter living 20 min away but they have cut us off completely sine. My husband was diagnosed with dementia 3 years ago Care line knows this but still they left me for 2 hours in the heat why do they say they care but obviously they don’t The time before last I was stuck on My lawn in my electric wheelchair I pressed my careline they said there was no one available A d wait till my carer came next which would be few hours, it started to rain and I rang 999 and apologised and asked for firemen. , 3 turned up and lifted me and the heavy electric wheelchair off lawn The exact date can be verified with Clacton Fife brigade
New alarm commissioned yesterday, the assistance provided was helpful and registering was quite easy to complete, all tests completed to ensure compliance. Early days but the system appears to provide the assurance needed
I have just ordered a Careline package for an elderly gentleman. I spoke to Harry who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I feel very happy that the equivalent will arrive tomorrow, is easy to set up and will provide reassurance for the whole family.
Only just bought the Careline pendant - fast efficient delivery, looks like a robust product and easy to use and charge. On activation of the system and test, staff on the other end of the line were really helpful. Overall a great start!

Every single person I have spoken to has always been so polite, friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The device itself seems great, easy to set up and my dad got used to wearing the watch pendant very quickly. Gives such peace of mind, definitely recommend. The key safe was also an excellent idea, would never have thought about it.

I spoke to Jos regarding a lifeline for my mum. He explained everything very comprehensively to me and gave me confidence that I was going to purchase the best system which gave me reassurance that should my mum have a fall she would receive help at the earliest opportunity.
Need peace of mind for our elderly mum. Spoke to Careline and had everything sorted in15 minutes. Once the system is installed, we will be able to relax knowing we have an extra level of support in place

Aug 05,2024Disappointed that the button was so hard for my mum with acute arthritic hands to push. We were then shown a plastic device for the button to sit in so she could wear around her neck but with sharp edges and paper thin skin this was a no go. Unfortunately not for us and having to wait all day for the lady to arrive wasn’t ideal … I’m trying to hold a job down and give assistance not easy
