Unfortunately, my father started to have Falls and couldn’t get up by himself. Looked on the Internet came across careline. Best decision I made for my father and also me knowing if he falls the pendant will activate. The staff are wonderful in getting help by phone me and if we need emergency services.
I found the customer representative to be extremely helpful when I decided to do my order on the phone rather than online. He was extremely friendly, polite and happy to answer my questions and therefore made the whole experience quick, easy and reassuring.

I recently purchased the digital fall alarm for my mother. It seems very well made and when we tested the unit the company were very quick to answer and also very polite and friendly in their response even when she pressed it by accident!

I placed an order with a gentleman late on the afternoon of 27th June. He was friendly, chatty, put you at ease, knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. You could tell he was very passionate about the work and enjoys working for the company. The only small negative was he accidentally got my door number wrong and the package went to the wrong house. Over the past couple of weeks I have had to ring the company a few times as mum wasn’t getting on very well with the wrist alarm and we have switched to the pendant. All the staff seem friendly, very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. Keep up the good work.

I dealt with Harry who I found to be very helpful and courteous. He explained the products well and made it easy to understand what I was buying. He also responded quickly to any calls I made. He made the whole experience very easy and smooth.
JOS I was looking to help my 82 grandad get a careline for when he takes the dog out for a walk three times a day. we had JOS helping us and he was absolutely fantastic, speaking to my grandad on a 1-1 basis, making jokes, laughing along and explaining things clearly. JOS understood the importance of this to my grandad and was aware he didn’t have lots of money, he helped my grandad find the cheapest options that would benefit him in the ways he needed. Jos was incredibly helpful and such a cheerful man, he made mine and my grandads day.
Sent a wrist alarm in error but received a pendant the next day. Had difficulty setting up alarm and was not available for three days. Tried customer services number at least three times and gave up waiting after 25 minutes. When did manage to contact customer services eventually phone line was poor and contact difficult to understand. Finally got everything sorted after three days.
The call handler answered all my questions very clearly, they explained the systems regarding set-up and operation very well, l didn't feel rushed or pushed into purchasing.
